THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
1. PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Meet with you and review drawings and leased space. Give an order of magnitude budget.
2. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
Build a clear and detailed contract that represents the mutual benefits of both parties. Sign Contract and pay deposit.
3. BUDGET LEVEL ESTIMATE
Build a transparent budget with material, labour, subcontractors, professional and contracting fees.
4. REFINE
Review the budget and constraints and make changes to refine accordingly.
5. PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Start the pre-construction planning, create a construction schedule and commit subcontractors.
6. BUILD
Site set-up, management, and tear down. Correct deficiencies and deliver the final invoice.
7. POST-OCCUPANCY FOLLOW UP
